We conduct multiple interviews with prospective employees and perform background checks, criminal checks, and reference checks. As a result, we strive to keep our team skilled, dedicated, and passionate to ensure we are providing the best care possible for our clients.

You can also Select Your Caregiver and interview them personally. At the end of the day, you will have the final say on whether they are invited into your home. With Nursecare+, you will always be in control of your elder care.

With years of experience in the senior care industry, our caregivers are carefully selected to ensure excellence. We aim to connect you with caregivers you can proudly welcome into your home. Trained and skilled, they’re ready to work, as we prioritize hiring individuals with the required skills, avoiding on-the-job training.

We recruit prospective employees who have strong experience in the elder care industry or who have participated in healthcare certification training programs. Many of our caregivers have found a home at Nursecare+ and, as a result, have worked with us for years.

Many of our caregivers have the skill needed to cater to personal needs (i.e. bathing assistance, toileting assistance). We would never assign an unskilled caregiver to a client that requires personal care.

We also obtain references on potential employees from a variety of different reputable sources including previous clients, agencies, and certification training schools.
